Probably the most fuel efficient vehicle including Electric Vehicles (EV) is the Mitsubishi-i-MiEV giving 112 mpg (miles per US gallon), and leaving to one side EV is the Toyota Prius Hybrid getting 50 mpg. Normally, whenever we look at the best gas mileage cars, EVs are usually ignored due to the lack of infrastructure, distribution and usage.

Electricity-based autos aren’t a new idea. They have come about many times through the years but have not stayed around. Electricity-based cars are hybrid cars that not only save people on fuel but are also environmentally-friendly as their emissions are lower compared to standard autos. Electricity-based automobiles are presently touted to save the mom Earth from the issue of global temperature warming but are they really capable of doing that? Electricity-based automobiles are a truly interesting facet of both the automobile industry and the green movement. Electricity-based autos provide a terrific resolution to many of the problems facing the earth.

Though many are seeking out electric cars due to the popularity of being “green,” most who are shopping for electric cars are more concerned about saving green. After all, the biggest benefit of an electric car is not having to pay for gas, right? While this is so, it also means that drivers of electric vehicles don’t pay the gasoline tax and thus, don’t pull their share when it comes to paying for road maintenance and construction.
