An aerosol spray is a dispensing system which produces a mist of liquid droplets. A bottle or a can that contains an aerosol spray applicator encloses these liquid droplets under pressure. On pressing this spray applicator, the pressure produced opens the valve of the container which forces the liquid particles out by way of a small hole. It is this sudden force which forms and hence releases the aerosol spray or mist.
