Solar thermal energy is created when sun energy is converted into heat. Homeowners apply this type of energy in the use of solar space heating, solar water heating, solar pool heating, and solar thermal cooling. Photovoltaic solar power is created when solar energy is converted into electricity through the use of solar cells. Concentrating solar power is mainly a large-scale energy production. It is a type of solar thermal energy which generates solar power electricity.

The investment you make in buying these panels is one that will make your life so much easier. It will be paid for in a very few short months. In fact, you will have so much energy generated by the sun that you will be able to sell it back to the electric company.
The excess energy made will make your meter run backward instead of forward. This is how the company knows you are generating power at your home. They want to buy that from you. Now, you have just lined your pocket with more money, and that is not a bad thing.
